By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide cleaning services based on the agreed scope, type of service, and scheduled time.
2. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
3. Payment
Payment is due after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for:
pre-existing damage
fragile or unsecured items
normal wear and tear
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
